Band Heater

   Band Heater is a heater that is usually used for plastic processing applications in the form of cylinders. The dimension and power can be adjusted to customer’s demand or based on sample goods. In general, the dimensions are often used in industries ranging from Ø 25 to 500 mm. Mica band heater is one of the cheaper products that certainly has limitations when compared with ceramic band heater. The generated power from 50 – 10,000 Watt can be applied to injection/extruder machines.
