Cast In Heater
Cast-In Heater is a heating element designed from a tubular heater to a single unit-shaped band or strip through a casting process (iron, brass, or aluminum). This heater is also a form of heating element development, which applications and installations are the same as on Bands and Strip Heater. However, this heater has several advantages that are not owned by the Band and Strip Heater.

- Maximum operating temperature 500º C

Maximum operating temperature tailored to the type of metal used in Cast-In Heater, among others:
- Cast In Iron: 500º C
- Cast In Brass: 400º C
- Cast In Aluminum: 350º C
Applications: Extruder Barrels, Die Heating, Metal Block Heating.
The dimension and power can be adjusted according to customer’s demand
