A thermocouple produces a temperature-dependent voltage as a result of the thermoelectric effect, and this voltage can be interpreted to measure temperature. Nozzle Heater

Nozzle Heater Offers Longer Life than mica nozzle heaters. Cost less to operate . Heats up faster and provides more uniform heat distribution. More contact surface than other refractory insulated nozzle heaters. Will not short out of fouling . The 42″ leads are protected by a 36″ long closely woven stainless steel sheath. No exposed electrical connections and element are sealed to prevent entrance of contaminants. Easier to install . Clamp and heater are separate items and may be applied from either side. Electric Furnace

 Electric Furnace    An electric furnace is similar to a conventional gas forced-air furnace except that it produces heat with electric heating elements instead of gas burners. Circuit breakers that control the heating elements may be either inside or outside the cabinet.    One advantage of electric heating over gas and other combustion fuels is that electric heating doesn’t give off carbon monoxide. This is good for the environment and makes the unit easier to install because it doesn’t require a flue to carry combustion gases outside. But again, the big downside is the high cost of electricity in most regions. For this reason, heat pumps make more sense if you want to use electricity as a fuel.
